It was our first game back at the Broadmoor World Arena this weekend. Colorado College opened up their season with a 6-2 exhibition win over the University of Calgary. It was a little weird watching warm ups from the bench and the game from the press box, but it brought back a lot of great memories. It was great to see the team get a win and we're looking forward to the games this weekend against UMASS.
Cody Lampl and the Fischtown Pinguins moved into second place in the DEL2 standings. On Friday the Pinguins beat Lausitzer 4-1 before closing out the weekend beating Kaufbeuren 6-3. Cody finished with 2 assists on Sunday. The Pinguins next game is on Friday against the 1st place Lowen Frankfurt. Here are the highlights from last weeks games ICYMI.
