HC Orli Znojmo is the only team based in the Czech Republic in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga (EBEL). Traditionally they are one of the more offensive teams in the league, with lots of skilled forwards who have a knack for scoring goals. One of the toughest road games on the schedule, they always come out flying in their home rink much to the support of their local fans. Here's some video from a recent game against the Graz 99ers.
Znojmo has experienced quite a bit of success in the the last few EBEL regular seasons but have been unable to get out of the first round of the playoffs. The team currently sits a top of the EBEL standings with a 7 -1 record to start the season.
