 Mountain High Hockey LLC will not assume responsibility for any injury incurred while participating in any Mountain High Hockey Skill Development Camp, clinic or private lesson, both on the ice and during off ice activities. Certain risks are inherent during the participation of a hockey camp and hockey training. Nor will Mountain High Hockey be liable for lost or stolen items during the duration of any MHH sanctioned activity. I, the undersigned for myself, my heirs and assigns, do hereby release Mountain High Hockey LLC employees, instructors, counselors and agents from any and all claims for injury, death, loss or damage I may suffer as a result of my/my child’s participation in this Mountain High Hockey Skill Development Program.

Terms & Conditions:

Mountain High Hockey has a 30 day notice refund policy for all camps and clinics and a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and small group lessons. Refunds will not be giving within this 30 day window prior to the start of camp. Camps and clinic costs are non-transferable towards other MHH events, including camps, clinics and privates lessons. If your child is unable to attend due to injury or other circumstances it is your responsibility (not the responsibility of MHH to find a replacement).
