Tuff-N-Lite Hockey

I'm sure most of you have seen the the video of Ottawa Senators captain Erik Karlsson getting his achilles tendon sliced during a battle along the boards with Matt Cooke back in 2013. In case you haven't here it is.

Karlsson, who was a Norris Trophy candidate at the time, ended up missing 10 weeks of action. These types of injuries are being helped to be prevented thanks to the products that the people at Tuff-N-Lite Hockey have been developing. They have created a line of innovative, high performance cut resistant socks, wrist guards and other garments that are worn to protect areas of the body that are not fully covered by your traditional equipment.  We are extremely excited to be teaming up with the people at Tuff-N-Lite Hockey to help ensure the safety of all our students at this summers camps. Make sure to check out the video below to see the type of testing these socks go through and learn why so many NHL teams and players rely on their products.

Be sure to check out the Tuff-N-Lite Facebook and twitter pages for all their latest news and developments.
