NCYH/NoCo Ice Center Operating Procedures
Trainee(s) may not show up more than 15-20 minutes prior to their ice time- Use designated entrance that will be marked- Your trainee will wait for a director/Staff member to grant entry to the building
Trainee(s) will receive a body temperature on forehead scan at check-in
Trainee(s) must be wearing a facial mask upon arrival and when leaving the facility,
Each group will be assigned a block of locker rooms, and have designated markings in locker rooms to show trainees where they are allowed to sit, spots will be no closer than six (6) feet apart. No dressing in the lobby, or non-designated areas-
Do not share water bottles, towels or any other personal equipment- BRING YOUR OWN LABELED WATER BOTTLE
Parent(s) will be told to wait in their car during the session, or return once the session is complete.
Do not bring siblings of your trainee(s) to the rink, only the trainee(s) will be allowed to stay during their sessions
Trainee(s) should not shower at the rink (showers will remain closed)
Trainee(s) may not linger longer than 10 minutes after their session ends. There will be a designated marked area for exit and pick up
Thoroughly sanitize personal gear and equipment after use
Locker rooms and high touched areas will be sanitized after each group
Steps we need from trainee(s)
To avoid entering the facility or location if they have a cough or fever. Stay home if sick.
Physical Distancing Protocol of maintaining a minimum six-foot distance from one another. Please be sure to talk to your trainee(s) and enforce how important this is. If your trainee can not practice this skill they will be told to leave the ice.
Please follow the rules, these are for the safety of everyone.
Mask or face covering required for building entrance and exiting- NO EXCEPTIONS
What NCYH/NoCo Ice Center will be doing to protect everyone
NCYH/NoCo Ice Center has had the locker rooms as well as lobby cleaned and disinfected prior to opening.
Hand sanitizer will be placed around the facility. We encourage everyone to hand sanitize or wash hands with water and soap upon entering the building.
Our staff will continue to practice good hand hygiene by using hand sanitizer and hand washing on a regular basis.
Our staff will wear masks while in building.

11:00am - 12:00pm - power skating
12:15pm - 1:15pm - dryland training
1:45pm -2:45pm - on ice stations.
Saturday, August 1
10:45am - Let into the arena
11:00am - 12:00pm - power skating
12:15pm - 1:15pm - dryland training
1:45pm -2:45pm - on ice stations.

9:45am - Let into arena
10:00am-11:00am - on ice
