McCall Camp Protocol
We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work with the staff at the Manchester Events Center and the ongoing procedures that need to be in place for all camps. We’ve had lots of people asking to change groups. Due to the COVID 19 regulations we are only allowed 24 skaters on the ice. We will keep the groups as is for Day one and will be making some changes from there. We will try to put everyone in the appropriate group given the guidelines we are required to work with.
On Thursday, for jersey pick up and registration please show up no more than 45 minutes prior to your groups ice time to grab your jersey, temperature check etc. You will not be allowed in the building while the other groups are skating. All goalies will be skating in Group 3.
Here are some of the guidelines that need to be followed.
If possible Mites, Squirts and PeeWees must arrive in gear, and use first row of bleachers for skates. It is
requested all participants arrive in gear.
- Locker rooms will be available 15 minutes prior to session for Bantams and up – Social distance in locker rooms will be required and laid out by the arena staff.
- Parents and camp participants are asked to wear masks (based on current guidelines) when entering and exiting the building. Masks won’t be required on the ice while training.
- All entry and exit thru front doors at main entrance – everyone must sign in, register temp, and
sanitize hands.
- Please exit locker within 15 minutes – Locker room’s will be sanitized between uses
- Do not participate if you have a fever or feel sick
- Players must provide their own water bottle
Spectators will be allowed in the building at the discretion of the facility staff. Social distancing in the bleachers will be required. We recommend staying outside if possible.
Please don’t show up more than 15 minutes prior to your on ice session.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and patience on this as we navigate through these new procedures. We are extremely excited to hit the ice with all of you and get back to doing what we all enjoy the most.
