Cody Lampl and the Fischtown Pinguins continue to sit a top the DEL2 standings after beating Dresdner Eislown 4-2 and losing in a shootout to EC Kassel Huskies 6-5 on the road. Lamps sat out the game on Sunday with what is being described as a "lower body injury". ICYMI here are the highlights from both games last weekend.
The Pinguins next game is on the 25th against the Ravensburg Towerstars.
On to the development side of things, we have teamed up with the Steamboat Springs Hockey Association to provide their goalies with a weekend of goalie training. Our goalie coaching staff will be in Steamboat October 16-18 to work with the youth association goalies. We will also be putting on an adult goalie clinic that same weekend. More camp news. We are in the process of working out the details for a camp in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Look for more details on that in the next couple weeks.
