Cody Lampl scored his first goal in his first European game, helping the Fischtown Pinguins beat the Hamburg Freezers. It was a great game for the Pinguins overall and the fans (which is probably the best part of European Hockey) created a great atmosphere for both teams.
In typical Cody fashion, he's already found a way to endear himself to the hometown Pinguin fans as you'll notice by some of the pictures taken during the the presentation of the team courtesy of former Colorado College Tiger and fellow Pinguin defenseman Gabe Guentzel.
