After a successful weekend in Aspen, Colorado, Mountain High Hockey skills and skating coach Cody Lampl is now in Colorado Springs helping with some off ice skill instruction at the 2015 Girls High Performance Multi District Camp . Utilizing the Jerry Carle Varsity gym on the campus of Colorado College, where Cody is an alum, he has been showing the camp attendees different off ice skill development drills that he perfected while running the Lampl Hockey Garage in Sun Valley, Idaho.
