The Fort Wayne Komets were able to hold serve on their home ice beating the Toledo Walleye 3-2 in overtime of game 3. The Komets Paul Crowder forced overtime when he scored with 27 seconds left in regulation. Mike Embach was the hero for the Komets scoring the OT winner. Martin Frk scored both goalies for the Walleye, while Jeff Lerg had a busy night in goal stopping 39 of 42 shots. The Walleye still hold a 2-1 series lead with game 4 being played Thursday night in Fort Wayne.
