The Series is going to 7.

What is not to love about playoff hockey. After falling behind 0-3 in the ECHL Kelly Cup Eastern Conference Finals and facing two must win road games to keep their historic season alive, the Toledo Walleye have climbed all the way back to force a game 7. The Walleye took down the South Carolina Stingrays 5-4 in overtime on Tuesday night to become the first team in ECHL history to play 3 game 7's in one playoff season. Tyler Barnes was the overtime hero for the Walleye scoring his eighth goal of the playoffs. Neil Conway made his third consecutive start in the Walleye net and finished the night stopping 28 of 32 shots. It was also Conway's third consecutive win while facing elimination. Walleye defenseman Joel Chouinard finished the night with 3 assists. ECHL MVP Jeff Jakaitis has now given up 14 goals in his last 3 starts. You can read a full recap of game 6 here. Game 7 is Wednesday night in Toledo.
