The Toledo Walleye rallied from a two goal deficit in the third period to force overtime in game 5 of the ECHL Eastern Conference Finals. Martin Frk's third goal of the game sealed the 5-4 victory for the Walleye and ensured a game 6 will be played back in Toldeo on Tuesday night. Neil Conway got his second consecutive start and win in the Walleye net stopping 30 of 34 shots. After getting pulled early in the first period of game 4, Jeff Jakaitis was back in net for the Stingrays and gave up 5 goals on 27 shots. The momentum of the series has definitely shifted back in the Walleye's favor after staving off elimination twice in South Carolina's rink. The series now shifts back to Toledo for games 6 and if needed a game 7. All of this doesn't seem to bother Stingrays captain Andrew Rowe who had this to say about the Walleye and their fans.
SC's Andrew Rowe: “They have a good team. But we are not intimidated at all by their team, by their rink, or by their fans."

Judging by the reaction on twitter after the win, the Toledo fans didn't need anymore motivation to be fired up for game 6. We can only imagine how crazy the Huntington Center will be. You can read a full recap of game 5 here.
